Lash extensions will need a fill-in appointment after two weeks of receiving a full-set. A fill-in appointment will fill-in lashes that have fallen off and fill in the areas of new growth. As your extensions grow out, the point at which your extension is glued or ‘bonded’ to your natural lashes weakens. In order to prevent bending and breaking of your natural lash, it is recommend removing them and applying a new set to protect your natural eyelashes after one to two fill-in appointments. Receiving a full new-set will depend on your hair growth time and retention of the lashes (lash retention is simply how long eyelash extensions last on the natural lash before falling out. this is completely normal and healthy as new lashes take their place!)

Some patients have developed antibodies to Botox and Dysport and have to discontinue their use for awhile due to the protective proteins clustered around the molecule. Xeomin has no protective proteins and is considered the ‘naked’ botulinum toxin. For refills of current prescriptions to cover lapses in medication due to lost medications, interruption in primary care, travel or relocation, and for patients who are not experiencing any new symptoms related to their condition. Refills are only available for stable medical conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure and under active thyroid (hypothyroidism). WE WILL NOT REFILL: Narcotics, Amphetamines, Hormone replacements, antibiotics, antipsychotics, anticoagulants, compound medications, foreign medications, any new prescription, immunosuppressants or sedatives. You will still need to follow up with your primary care provider to maintain your medication and follow ups as our providers will not be considered your primary care provider.
