Our providers will answer any questions you may have regarding any acute treatment or procedure. We do not manage chronic diseases but we will offer med refills depending on the nature of the disease and in the event the patient is unable to visit his/her primary care provider.

Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid & the appointment request has been accepted. Your deposit will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be consider a NO-SHOW and will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. This includes no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
